Refer-a-friend Programme Terms & Conditions:

Bus Asia will reward you with a five percent (5%) bonus of the purchase(s) of every new member you refer to Bus Asia who signs up and then purchases ticket(s) through us and completed their journey. There is no minimum purchase requirement. All referral bonuses will only be reflected in your Bus Asia account when your referrals make successful transaction(s). RM5.00 bonus will be credited into your friend's Bus Asia account for every successful sign up.

A "successful referral" means:

1. a new member of Bus Asia, referred by you, using your unique referral link/code to sign up on Bus Asia and purchases our ticket(s) of any amount and their departure trip(s) must go through.
2. You must make at least one successful transaction(purchase) in a year.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that may happen or are not permitted and that will disqualify you from earning referral bonuses:

1. If your friend's purchase is later cancelled, changed, or refunded and, if no-shows occur,
2. self-referral,
3. posting your referral link on any Bus Asia's Facebook page,
4. keyword bidding for the purpose of generating traffic to pages containing your referral link, and
5. any similar activity determined by Bus Asia in its sole discretion to be inconsistent with the purpose of Bus Asia's Refer-a-Friend Programme.

The referral rate is subject to change without prior notification. Bus Asia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion from time to time without prior notice. Any infringement of the above terms and conditions would result in the loss of all bonuses. Repeat offences would result in the closure of your Bus Asia account.
