Only at BUS ASIA, we offer comprehensive and affordable travel protection for passengers travelling on express buses across Malaysia. Our personal accident insurance covers in the event of accidental death and total permanent disablement.

Coverage The Passenger Personal Accident insurance is a free add-on of the Premium Package provided by BUS ASIA.

The coverage will commence once the fare-paying passenger board the express bus on scheduled journey until the passenger disembarks from the bus at the final destination.

1. What is Passenger Personal Accident Insurance?

This is a personal accident insurance that provides compensation in the event of bodily injuries, disablement or death caused solely and directly by a sudden, unforeseen and fortuitous event that happen unexpectedly while you are travelling as a fare-paying passenger on a bus transportation provided by BUS ASIA.

3. Who is the insurance provider for Passenger Personal Accident Insurance?

This product is underwritten by Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad.

4. Who is eligible to purchase this Passenger Personal Accident Insurance?

Any fare paying bus passengers who are from age 30 days old to eighty (80) years old (all ages refer to the age of your next birthday).

5. How can I purchase Passenger Accident Insurance?

You may purchase via BUS ASIA or via their online portal.

6. I need to file a claim, what should I do?

7. How Long will it take to process my claim?

Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad will revert within (7) working days from the last document received.
